In the year 3005, humanity was oppressed by a machine government called "The Network." As Machina, a sentient robot built by Dr. Anderson, your mission is to climb New Olympus, hijack enemy robots, and defeat Jupiter, the Network's leader.

This game build demonstrates this by introducing an abandoned train station, once bustling with life but now empty, symbolizing humanity's fall. Play the game and let us know your thoughts in the comments—your feedback will help shape Machina's journey to reclaim humanity's future!

I absolutely love "Machina"! The combination of 2D and 3D elements creates such a unique and captivating art style. The visuals are stunning, and the character designs are fantastic—clean, fun, and full of personality. It really adds to the charm of the game and makes the world feel alive.

The game mechanics are so much fun! I’ve enjoyed discovering new abilities as I progress, and it feels incredibly satisfying to interact with the environment. The way the gameplay evolves as you unlock new skills keeps everything fresh and exciting.

I’m really looking forward to what’s coming next. The game has so much potential, and I can’t wait to see more levels and features added in future updates. This is definitely a game I’ll be keeping an eye on as it develops. Keep up the amazing work—"Machina" is a true gem!

I love the art style of the game. The character design looks clean and fun. The mechanics are pretty cool too although I did not know I had them until I started clicking random button.

Love the world building and how the character interacts with the different game objects. Also, the name fits with the entire vibe of the game. The name Machina also reminds me of "Maquina" which means "machine" in Spanish, so I love that detail. Well done!

I really love the art style of this game combining 2D and 3D. With some reactive UI elements, I think the gameplay would be much easier to navigate. I would also say that the enemies were not clearly enemies until I got hurt by them. Maybe making them look more sinister, or adding sound effects would push that narrative. I also soft-locked myself at one point by failing a grapple jump, and couldn't find a way to retry. Making sure that there's no way to become locked in the game would help!

Really cool game! I love the mix of 2D and 3D, and the characters designs and animations are absolutely excellent. I like that before you can shoot you're able to jump on enemies to defeat them and that the jump gives you a fun height boost! It was a bit unclear when I gained the abilities to swing and to shoot - a pop-up message, icon in the HUD, or unique assets would make it easier to understand as a player what changed when I picked up those pink arrows.

Hey there! I just wanted to say how much I’m enjoying "Machina." The grappling mechanics add such a unique twist to the platforming experience, making it feel fresh and exciting. I love the unique art style  juxtaposing 2D and 3D to achieve a very mechanical look while allowing the characters to stay expressive. It’s been a blast swinging through the environments and tackling the challenges.

I’m really looking forward to seeing how the game wraps up with the final boss, Jupiter. I can’t wait to face off against such a formidable opponent! Keep up the amazing work!

Give la máquina better jumping control, like maybe different jumping power. Someone must’ve decided that the fella needed momentum, but it needs some new threads or something for better grip. While you’re at it, consider swapping out Big Weld Jr’s grapple with an extendable arm to add new gameplay. The quad laser from ATHF needs work. Personally, making and walking along with the a wall of bullets is kinda cool. Better 2D sprites and 3D environments could give it a gen 5 console vibe, like the Sega Saturn, but the lack of music remind me of the Atari Jaguar ver. of Doom. Missed the train and never got to Mount Neo Olympus.
